Order processing

Card orders are confirmed immediately. Orders paid by Interac e-Transfer or cryptocurrency are dispatched once funds are received and verified. Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day typically ship the same business day; otherwise the next business day.

Shipping rates

Shipping within Canada is a flat rate, shown at checkout. Orders over $300 ship free.

Where we ship

We currently ship within Canada only. We do not ship to destinations where the import or possession of research compounds is restricted. The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring the legality of ordering and receiving these materials in their jurisdiction.

Carriers and transit

Shipments are sent via Canada Post or Purolator with tracking included on every order. Typical domestic transit is 2 to 5 business days. Tracking details are emailed when your order ships.

Packaging

All compounds ship in discreet, tamper-evident packaging. Lyophilized peptides are shelf-stable for standard transit windows; temperature-protective packing is used where appropriate.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package leaves our facility, but we will help trace a lost shipment. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product, and we will review the issue and assist where warranted.
